Use this tutorial if you have a course idea and are starting a new Creatora platform. Have a short description of the course, your name, and a non-temporary email address ready. If you already sell a course on another platform, choose the existing-platform path on the Start page instead.

Start your course brief

  1. Open Creatora’s Start page and choose English or Italian.
  2. Select I’m starting from scratch.
  3. Enter the topic of your course, your name, and the email address you want to use for your platform account.
  4. Continue to the guided conversation. Describe who the course is for, what they should learn, and the main parts of the course. Short, concrete answers are enough to begin.
  5. Review the brief and confirm it when the conversation asks you to. Creatora then starts generating your platform and first course.
You can keep the waiting page open or close it and watch for the completion email. Generation usually takes around 3–5 minutes; continue when your platform is ready.

Open your starting platform

If you kept the page open, select Go to your course when the success screen appears. This opens the generated course with your Administrator account already signed in. Keep the platform address so you can return later. In the same browser, you remain signed in while your account session is active; if you have signed out or the session has ended, use the normal sign-in flow. You now have an editable platform and course. See what was generated, then open the Admin Panel to continue setup. Review the text, course structure, teaching material, public pages, and purchase journey before inviting Students.
The generated lesson entries need finished videos, and paid checkout needs a payment provider. Finish both before teaching or selling the course.

If generation does not complete

If the flow reports a failure, it does not offer a self-service retry from that screen. Keep the message you see and the email address you entered so you can report the issue to Creatora. Do not assume that submitting the flow again will recover the same platform.
